1/2 lb. vanilla sugar wafers
1/2 cup sweet butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
Bananas, cut lengthwise
1 large can sliced peaches
1 pint of whipping cream (whipped)


Recipe



Roll wafers fine. Press one-half of crumbs firmly in a 13x9- inch waxed paper lined pan.

Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add beaten egg yolks and beat well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Place mixture on top of crumbs. Add a layer of sliced bananas then a layer of peaches. Put unsweetened whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Pat down mixture.

Put in refrigerator overnight
