    Internet

    List of Ingredients

1 29 ounce can peach halves
1 (8 rolls) package refrigerated caramel Danish rolls with nuts (or make your own)
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
    1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp (which is 7 ounces) ginger ale or cream soda
    1 tablespoon butter

    Recipe

Drain peaches, reserving 1 cup syrup. Cut up peaches, set aside. Crumble sugar-nut mixture from refrigerated caramel rolls in to saucepan; add flour, lemon peel and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir in ginger ale and reserved syrup; mix well.

Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Stir in butter. Add peaches; bring to boiling. Pour in to 8 by 8 by 2 inch baking dish. Immediately separate caramel rolls. Arrange over the hot mixture. Bake in 400 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes.
