Peach Melba Bread Pudding

1 (16-ounce) can sliced peaches in juice
1 (7-ounce) package Biscuits, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup seedless raisins
1 cup milk
3 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam, warmed or raspberry syrup
Recipe
1. Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup juice; chop peaches. Mix peaches, biscuit pieces and raisins in greased 2-quart shallow casserole; set aside.
2. Blend reserved juice, milk, eggs and sugar; pour over biscuit mixture.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm topped with jam or syrup.
