    Pineapple Bread Pudding

    1 cup of margarine or butter softened
    2 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon of cinnamon
    8 eggs
    2 cans (15 1/4 oz.each) unsweetened
    crushed pineapple drained
    5 cups of toasted bread crumbs

    Recipe



    In bowl beat butter sugar and cinnamon with an electric mixer.
    Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
    Fold pineapple and bread crumbs into creamed mixture.
    Pour into the crockpot.
    Cover, cook on low for 6 to 7 hours. Or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
