Pineapple Brownies

1-1/2 cup sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup butter
1-1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup crushed pineapple
2 squares (2 oz.) chocolate, melted and cooled
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Recipe
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the vanilla. Beat well. Blend in the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place one cup of the dough in a second bowl. Add 1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained; mix well.
Add the melted and cooled chocolate and the nuts to the balance of dough; mix well.
Spread approximately 1-1/2 cups chocolate dough in a well greased 12 by 8 by 2 8inch pan. Cover with pineapple dough. Drop remaining chocolate dough by spoonfuls over pineapple dough; spread carefully to cpver.
Bake at 375* for 45-50 minutes.
