    1 sm. package instant pistachio pudding
    1-16 oz. can chunky pineapple
    1-18 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 C. shredded coconut
    1 C. walnuts or pecans
    12 to 16 oz. Whipped cream
    1 C. mini-marshmallows

    Recipe



    In a large bowl mix together both of the pineapples and sprinkle the pudding on the top. Let stand 5 minutes. Then combine the nuts and coconut. Fold into mix. Blend in the whipped cream and marshmallows. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
