4 cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies
1 pkg. (4 serving size pistachio instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated fat-free milk, (chilled)
Place cookies in a resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Crush cookies with rolling pin.
Place pudding mix (dry) in medium bowl. Gradually beat in chilled milk about 2 minutes, using wire whisk, until creamy and thickened. Chill about 5 minutes or until firm.
Spoon pudding into 4 plastic cups or dessert bowls. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs. Or you can put a layer of pudding--layer of cookie crumbs and layer of pudding and top with cookie crumbs
