1 (10 oz) pkg frozen raspberries, partially thawed
1/3 c currant jelly
1 1/2 c plus 1 T water
3 T minute tapioca Recipe
Place ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring mixture to a rolling boil.
Pour into a bowl and cover. Refrigerate until cold.
Serve with cream or sour cream.
