    List of Ingredients




    4 C. Rhubarb, cut up~placed in 9 by 13" pan
    Sprinkled with 1/4 C. sugar
    Topped with:
    1-10 oz. bag minature marshmallows
    drizzle 4 T. melted butter over marshmallows

    In a bowl~
    beat 4 eggs
    Add 1 C. water
    1/3 C. oil
    1 box of pound cake mix (dry)
    1 box instant lemon pudding
    mix together~
    Pour over Rhubarb,
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350*
    Yummy~ may serve with cool-whip, or ice cream.
