Strawberry Dessert Tostadas

1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 (7") flour tortillas
butter flavor cooking spray
1 (10oz) pkg frozen strawberries in syrup -- thawed
3/4 teaspoon rum extract or coconut extract
1 pint frozen nonfat strawberry yogurt
1/4 cup shaved vanilla candy coating or white
baking chocolate
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place four 10-oz custard cups on cookie sheet.
2. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Spray both sides of each torilla with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1 side with of each tortilla with about 1 tsp. sugar-cinnamon mixture. Fit tortilla, sugared side up, into custard cups.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-14 min or until crisp and edges begin to brown. Cool; remove from cups.
4. To serve, in small bowl combine strawberries and rum extract. Place baked tortilla cups on 4 individual serving plates; fill with scoops of frozen yogurt. Top each with about 1/4 cup strawberry mixture; sprinkle with shaved candy coating.
