    2 cups sour cream
    1 cup whipping cream
    3/4 cup crumbled macaroons
    1 cup sugar
    dash salt
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 basket fresh strawberries



    Recipe



    Blend sour cream, macaroons, sugar, salt & vanilla.

    Whip cream; fold into mixture, blending well.

    Fold in cleaned, sliced & drained strawberries.

    Fill foil muffin cups (2 1/4" dia). Freeze; remove 15 mins before serving.

    Can be put on cookie sheet; frozen overnight & put into plastic bag to use in the future.
