Upside Down Chocolate Fudge Pudding

1 c flour
2 t baking powder
3/4 c sugar
1/2 t salt
3 T cocoa
1/2 c milk
2 T margarine, melted
1/4 c chopped pecans (optional)
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c boiling water



Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cocoa together. Combine milk and melted margarine. Add to dry ingredients to form a stiff mixture. Add nuts if desired. Put into a greased 8" x 8" baking pan. Combine brown sugar, cocoa and boiling water. Pour over batter and bake for 40 minutes.

Serve warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream or orange sherbet.
