    Sorbet
    6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
    2 1/2 cups water
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup fresh orange juice
    1/4 cup orange flavored liqueur

    Sauce
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    2 tablespoons light corn syrup
    6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    garnish-orange zest

    Sorbet

    Place the dark chocolate in a large heat proof bowl.
    Place the water and sugar in a small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil then cook 1 minute.
    Pour over the chocolate.
    Let stand 2 minutes then whisk till smooth.
    Add the orange juice and liqueur and mix well. Cool then freeze in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions.
    Transfer to a container and freeze till firm, about 1 hour.
    Sauce

    Simmer the cream and corn syrup until well blended.
    Remove from heat and add the white chocolate.
    Stir till melted.
    Stir in the orange zest and lemon juice.
    To serve, drizzle warm sauce over a scoop of sorbet, garnishing with the orange zest.

    Serve immediately. Serves 6.
