Macadamia-Fudge Designer Brownies

2 1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Butter or margarine
5 Squares; (1-ounce) unsweetened chocolate
6 lg Eggs
2 c All-purpose flour
1 c Coarsely chopped macadamias or almonds
FUDGE FROSTING
1 c Whipping cream
12 Squares; (1-ounce) semisweet chocolate
GARNISH
Chopped macadamias
Recipe
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan; cook over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring often. Remove from heat; cool 10 minutes.
Stir in eggs, flour, and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 13- x 9 -inch pan.
Bake at 350� for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
Pour Fudge Frosting over top; chill 15 minutes, and cut into squares.
Garnish, if desired. Makes 4 dozen.
FUDGE FROSTING:
Heat whipping cream in a saucepan over medium heat; stir in chocolate until smooth. Remove from heat, and cool to room temperature.
Makes 2-1/2 cups.
