Peanut Butter Banana Brownie Pizza

1 pkg brownie mix
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3 large bananas, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
2 squares (1 oz each) semi-sweet chocolate
2 tsp butter or margarine


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Prepare brownie mix as directed on package. Spread batter evenly in greased 12 inch pizza pan.

Bake 20 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spread over cooled brownie.

Arrange banana slices over cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with peanuts.

Melt chocolate and butter together in heavy saucepan on very low heat, stirring constantly until just melted. Drizzle over bananas and peanuts.

Makes 12 servings
