Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

2 eggs
one-half cup sugar
one-fourth cup light corn syrup
2 medium bananas, mashed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups half-and-half
1 cup whipping cream
one-fourth cup peanut butter
Recipe
Procedure:
In a large bowl, beat eggs until blended. Add 1 cup half-and-half and mix well. Cook mixture over low heat to 160°. Cool the mixture. Beat in sugar and corn syrup until smooth and light. Beat in mashed bananas and lemon juice until blended. Beat in remaining half-and-half, whipping cream and peanut butter. Freeze in ice cream maker. Freeze leftovers.
Makes about 2 quarts.
