    16 oz. sour cream

    1/3 C. seedless raspberry jam

    1 T. honey

    1/4 t. grated lime rind

    1 t. lime juice

    Recipe



    In a medium bowl, combine Sour Cream, jam, honey, lime rind and lime juice.

    Mix well, cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
