    1 8oz pkg of cream cheese
    8 oz. pepper jack cheese cubed
    1/2 cup beer
    1 cup black beans drained
    1/2 cup green onion diced
    1 cup Mexican style diced tomatoes
    tortilla chips

    Recipe



    Heat the cream cheese and pepper jack with beer until blended. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and serve with tortilla chips.
