    Buddy Spinach Dip for Poker Nite

    1 T chopped jalapeno
    3/4 c chopped onion
    1 can diced tomatoes(drained)
    1 (10 oz) pkg chopped spinach(the frozen type,thawed drained and squeezed)
    8 oz cream cheese {soft}
    8 oz shredded colby jack cheese
    1/3 c milk

    Recipe



    Prepare all ingredients{chop,drain,and thaw} .
    Mix all ingrdients in an oven safe bowl.
    Bake at 400 uncovered for 25 minutes
    Stir very well after baking.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
