Cinco de Mayo Bean Dip

1 16 oz. can refried beans
1 cup Salsa Ranchera or Habanero Salsa
1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 (4 1/2 oz.) Can chopped black olives, drained
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 1/2 Tbs. fresh minced cilantro
1/4 tsp. each : garlic powder & salt
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except chips. Cook on medium until cheeses are melted & the beans are bubbling. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 3 cups dip.
