Cold Clam Dip

List of Ingredients
2 (10oz) cans of minced clams (drained and liquid reserved)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of horseradish
2 T of worcestershire (Lea&Perrins is best)
dash hot sauce
1/2 cup catsup
dash red pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onion tops
2 (8oz.) pkgs. Philly cream cheese (softened)
1/4 tsp. adobo seasoning (Goya is good, find in spanish food isle)
1/2 tsp. Cavenders Greek seasoning (If you don't know this spice you're missing out on some great flavoring!)
Recipe
Blend all together well ( blend cheese first then add the rest in no particular order). May use clam juice or a little half and half to get the consistency desired.
Excellent on mini garlic bagel chips or Fritos scoops!
