    2 cups (1 pint) sour cream
    1 package (1 1/4 ounces) taco seasoning mix
    3 scallions
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup thick and chunky salsa

    Recipe



    In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream and taco seasoning; mix until they are well blended.

    Mince scallions and chop cheddar cheese into small bits. Stir into seasoned sour cream. Mix in salsa; use mild or medium, depending upon your preference.

    Cover and refrigerate until it's time to serve.
