    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1 cup pineapple juice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    1 cup whipping cream, whipped

    Recipe



    Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Let cool completely; fold in whipped cream. Serve with fresh fruit. Yield: about two cups
