4 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream Recipe
Melt butter in saucepan. Add garlic, mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Fold in sour cream. Serve in chafing dish with Melba toast.
