Killer Mexican Dip

2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix (dry)
1 1/2 cups canned whole kernel corn, drained
1 4-ounce can chopped black olives
1 small sweet red pepper, finely chopped
1 7-ounce jar sliced jalape�o peppers (use about 20 slices, finely chopped)
Frito's Big Scoops or tortilla chips
Recipe
Using an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese and ranch dip mix together in a large bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours, or overnight. Serve with scoops or chips. Serves 12 or more.
