    Layered Chili Bean Dip

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tbsp. chili powder
    1 (about 15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    3/4 cup Picante Sauce
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
    Tortilla chips*

    Recipe



    Cook beef and chili powder in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.

    Add beans and picante sauce. Heat through.

    Top with tomato, avocado, cheese and olives.

    Serve with tortilla chips.

    *Also delicious with warmed flour tortillas.

    Makes 7 1/2 cups
