3 Cups
1/2 lb Grated Provolone Cheese
1/2 lb Grated Cheddar Cheese
3/4 c Heavy Cream
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 ts Garlic Powder
3/4 ts Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 ts Cayenne Pepper
1/8 ts Yellow Food Color
Recipe
Melt provolone and cheddar cheeses in the top of a double boiler over
boiling water. Stir in heavy cream. Add cream cheese and stir until all
cheese is melted. Remove from heat and whip in seasonings and food
coloring. Serve warm with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
