Pedro Martinez's Black Bean Dip

2 cans Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 8oz carton sour cream
2 cups shreded colby / jack cheese
1 bunch green onions chopped
Recipe
Mix black beans, tomatoes, sour cream and onions well. Add a 1/2 of cheese and mix. Pour into greased casserole dish (i usually use a deep dish pie plate), cover with remaning cheese. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm with tostitos scoops.
