    1/2 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese, at room temperature
    5 tablespoons bottled pesto
    1 tablespoon milk

    Recipe



    Stir together cheeses in bowl. Stir in pesto and milk. Serve chilled with Pita Chips, if desired.

    Yield: about 1 1/3 cups
