1 lb. ground beef browned
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 cup Minute Rice, cooked
1 lb. Velveeta
1 can Rotel
1 can tomato soup
1 can whole kernel corn
Recipe
I like to brown some bell peppers and onions with my ground beef. Drain it well. Melt Velveeta with Rotel and soup in the microwave. Once melted and creamy, combine all ingredients in you crockpot and turn on LOW. Serve HOT with tortilla chips.
