2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 packages (8 oz.) each cream cheese, softened
1 package (1 oz.) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing mix
1/2 to 3/4 cup of beer
Chopped green onion
Additional cheddar cheese (to taste)



Recipe



In medium bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese & salad dressing mix. Gradually stir in the beer until mixture is to desired consistency. Garnish with green onion & additional cheddar cheese. Serve with pretzels or assorted fresh vegetables.
