    4 eggs, beaten
    6 soda crackers, crumbled
    1/2 pound of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    2 jars of marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    Salt & pepper to taste

    Saut� onion in oil drained from artichokes. Beat eggs and add other ingredients, one at a time, stirring with fork after each addition. Oil 8 x 8 inch pan and bake mixture in it at 325�F. for 30 to 40 minutes. Pour off excess oil when taken from oven. Cut into squares when cold. Reheat before serving. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 325�F.
