List of Ingredients




4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup half and half cream
4 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated cheese
2 cups cooked chicken
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 deep dish pie crust

Combine cream cheese and half and half to make a slightly lumpy paste. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into unbaked pie crust and bake at 400F for approximately 20 minutes or until center is set and pie crust is nicely browned. Serve hot. Any left over portions should be refrigerated and then reheated in the microwave to desired temperature.
