Bob Bogey Spinach & Sausage Quiche

One 9 inch frozen deep dish pastry shell
8 ounces of bulk pork sausage
1 1/4 cup of chopped green onion
1 garlic clove minced
5 ounces of frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup of herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 1/2 cup of Monterey Jack cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cup of half and half
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika
Preheat oven to 350�F. Cook sausage, onion, and garlic together. Drain excess fat, add frozen spinach, cook until thawed. Drain excess water. In a bowl slightly beat three eggs, combine half and half, cheeses, and stuffing mix. Add cooked sausage. Pour into deep dish pastry shell. Sprinkle paprika. Bake in oven at 350�F. for 50 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
