Breakfast Surprise Pie (Quiche)

Preheat oven to 375°

1 -9" deep dish pie shell (uncooked)
6 ounces sausage cooked (crumbled & drained)
4 ounces Mozzerella cheese
4 eggs well beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black papper


Recipe



Line pie shell with 1/2 cheese. Top with sausage and add other 1/2 cheese. Combine Milk, eggs, salt and pepper; beat well and pour over cheese and sausage. Bake on bottom rack for 30 - 35 minutes. (Knife inserted in center comes out clean)
