    Pastry:
    1/2 cup butter
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
    1 teaspoon paprika
    2 tablespoons cold water

    Filling:
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
    2 cups chicken; cooked, diced
    1 green onion bunch, chopped
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups light cream
    1 cup Swiss cheese, grated

    Blend pastry ingredients together; roll out to make a 10 inch pie crust. Bake 5 minutes at 400F. Cool. Saute mushrooms in butter. Add chicken and green onions. Saute five minutes. Add to pie shell. Blend eggs, salt and cream together. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 350F or until set. Serves 6.
