    2 cups (8 oz.) shredded aged Swiss cheese
    2 T. flour
    1 1/4 cups milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of pepper
    1- 9" unbaked pastry shell
    1- 3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    3 large pitted ripe olives, sliced
    1/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced

    Heat oven to 350F. Toss 1 1/2 cups cheese with flour. Combine milk, eggs, & seasonings. Stir in cheese mixture. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350F, 35-40 minutes. Arrange mushrooms, zucchini, olives, & pepperoni in concentric rings on pie; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to oven; continue baking 20 minutes.

    Serves 6-8
