1 unbaked 9 in. pastry shell
1/2 pound of ground beef
1/2 cup of Hellmann's Real mayonnaise
1/2 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 1/2 cup of shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/3 cup of sliced green onion
Dash pepper

Brown meat in skillet over medium heat. Drain fat and set aside. Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Turn into pastry shell. Bake in 350ºF. oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 6 to 8.
