Hashbrown Quiche

3 cups hashbrowns, thawed
1/2 cup margarine, melted
Put hashbrowns in a 10-inch pie plate and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes.
Combine:
1 cup diced fully cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced green pepper
Beat together:
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pour over crust. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake 25 to 30 minutes until knife comes out clean. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
