2 Cups grated Swiss cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 cup half and half cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/2 to 3/4 pound cooked bacon or sausage
12 eggs, slightly beaten Recipe
Spread cheese in buttered 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Dot with butter.
Combine cream, mustard, salt, and pepper. pour half over cheese. Add bacon or sausage. Pour eggs into dish and add the remaining cream mixture.
Bake at 325 degrees until set - about 40 to 50 minutes.
