Mexican Eggs

1/2 cup of margarine
10 eggs
1/2 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Dash salt
One 4 ounce can of can chilies, chopped
1 pint of cottage cheese
1 pound of Monterey Jack cheese
Melt margarine. Beat eggs; add flour, baking powder and salt. Add margarine. Then add chilies, cottage cheese and Monterey Jack. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400ºF. for 15 minutes, then 35 - 40 minutes at 350ºF.
