    Mushroom Crustless Quiche

    1/2 lb mushrooms sliced
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    3 Tbls. margarine
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. + 1 Tbls.Bisquick
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded jack cheese

    Saute mushrooms and onions in margarine. Beat eggs, add Bisquck, mix till smooth; add spices and blend one minute. Slowly add milk to egg mixutre. Mix thoroughly. Butter a 9 inch cake pan. Layer bottom of pan with half of the mushrooms and onions. Add jack cheese, then top with mushrooms and onions. Pour egg mixture over top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
