6 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 tablespoon stir fry seasoning
2 tablespoons margarine
sweet and sour sauce
Beat eggs with flour and seasoning. Melt margarine in a 325F electric skillet. Pour egg mixture into skillet and spread evenly. Cook eggs about 1 minute or until underside becomes firm enough to turn. Cut mixture in half and turn, cooking underside a little more. Remove from pan and cut into 2 inch strips. Dip strips in sweet-sour sauce for a delicious snack or appetizer. Serves 4 to 6.
