List of Ingredients




1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped onion
handful of veggies (green peppers,mushrooms, etc.)
4 hot dog weiners or Krey Sausage, chopped large
1/2 pound cooked hamburger
Salsa
Sour Cream

Instructions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease pie dish or individual little tins.

Blend all ingredients except for meat. Stir in hamburger and weiners. Pour into pie plate or tins. Bake approx. 18 minutes for little tins. Bake approx. 25-30 min. for pie plate or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Gently slide the quiche out of the little tins and put a dollop of salsa, then a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with parsley.
