Swiss Chicken Quiche

1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
4 ounces of Swiss cheese, sliced
1 1/2 cup of cubed cooked chicken
1 cup of milk
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of chopped pimento (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of marjoram leaves
Prick bottom of pie shell. Bake in preheated 425ºF.oven for 8 minutes or until slightly dry. Remove crust from oven. Layer half of the cheese, then half the chicken in shell; repeat. Mix well remaining ingredients. Pour into shell. Bake in 350ºF. oven for 30-40 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve hot or at room temperature. Also great with ham. Recipe
