    1 can of tuna fish in oil (reserve the oil)
    one medium zuchinni-diced
    1/2 cup of onions-chopped
    2 medium tomatoes-diced
    4 egg whites
    1 egg yolk
    garlic
    1/8 teaspoon each of: basil, thyme, oregano

    Recipe



    Over medium heat place two tablespoons of the tuna oil in a skillet. Add in your vegetables and saute for five minutes. Beat the egg whites and the yolk together until frothy. Add tuna fish, your reserve tuna oil and the egss in to the skillet. Then add in basil, thyme and oregano. Cover the skillet-reduce heat and cook until the egss have set. This could take 10-15 minutes depending on your pan.
