1.5 lb. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. Lawrys Seasoned Salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
3 tsp. onion powder
5 eggs
1 qt. milk
2 tbsp. butter (melted)
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. parsley

Shred potatoes, add dry ingredients in bowl and mix, add wet ingredients in bowl and use hand mixer and mix, add dry ingredients to wet and mix with hand mixer, add parsley and potatoes and mix with hand mixer.
