    For the traditional Wiener Schnitzel, the Viennese use veal. But you can use pork, chicken or turkey breast, if you like. It will taste just as delicious.


    List of Ingredients




    Escalopes of veal, pork, chicken or turkey
    Flour
    Eggs
    Salt
    Oil, Canola or peanut
    Lemon

    Recipe



    Breading: Prepare three plates: Put flour on the first, whisked eggs with a pinch of salt on the second and breadcrumbs on the third.

    Pound meat thin, salt it and put into breading (flour, egg mixture and breadcrumbs).

    Heat oil in pan until hot and fry Schnitzel until golden brown.

    Serve with a slice of lemon and potato salad.
