Labne (yogurt cheese) Balls

1 quart yogurt, drained
3-4 cloves garlic
salt
pepper
1 lemon
olive oil
parsley, dill or cilantro
Drain the yogurt. Mash the garlic and salt in a mortar & pestle.
Mix all ingredients except the olive oil. Shape into little
bite-sized balls and serve marinating in olive oil.
This is good served with cocktails or as part of a mezza with
olives, tabbouleh, hummus.
