1 can Bordens condensed milk
6-8 egg yolks, beaten
1 can water,300 ml.
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup white sugar
Instructions:
In a small sauce pan slowly heat 1/2 cup white sugar, until it caramelizes and then pour the caramel sugar into an 8 or 9 in. round dish. Pour the milk mixture over top, cover with foil and put into a pan of water to bake at 350 degrees F. approx. 1 hour. Let bake, then loosen the sides and invert onto a plate, carefully, centering it. (Rub plate with wet hands to help it slide to the center if necessary.)
